Rule 2.44.525 - CALCULATION OF AGE(1) If a member applies for benefits which are based on the member's age, the whole age that the member is or will be closest to on the effective date of the benefit will be used. For example; if the member is age 55, 6 months, 1 day, age 56 will be used in the calculation of benefits.
