Rule 2.43.4013 - DROP PARTICIPATION LIMITS

(1) A DROP participant:

(a) is not eligible for disability retirement;

(b) may not purchase service;

(c) may not receive membership or service credit, except as provided in 2.43.4023; and

(d) may not receive a refund of their HPORS account balance.
