(1) The fee for placing business signs on specific information (LOGO) sign panels or tourist-oriented directional sign panels (TODS) may include the prorated cost for fabrication, erection, maintenance, or servicing of signs; removal or covering business signs; other costs associated with the program, including the department's cost in administering the program, and reasonable profit for the franchisee operating the program. The fee may include the specific service ramp sign, specific service trailblazer signs, and tourist-oriented advance signs (TODS) if needed.
