Rule 17.56.704 - APPLICABILITY TO PREVIOUSLY CLOSED UST SYSTEMS(1) When directed by the department, the owner or operator of a permanently closed UST system shall access the excavation zone and close the UST system in accordance with this subchapter if releases from the UST may, in the judgment of the department, pose a current or potential threat to human health and the environment.Mont.
