Rule 17.36.611 - SUBDIVISIONS EXEMPT FROM MEPA REVIEW(1) A department action under this subchapter is exempt from conducting an environmental review under Title 75, chapter 1, parts 1 and 2, MCA, if the subdivision meets the criteria in [SB 240].(2) To qualify for this exemption, the applicant must submit a detailed explanation and supporting documentation and maps that demonstrate compliance with the criteria in [SB 240].Mont.
