Rule 17.20.806 - CHANGES IN AN APPLICATION
(1) Pursuant to 75-20-213(2), MCA, an applicant may change or add to an application. The applicant must inform the department of the change or addition in an electronic format acceptable to the department. The applicant shall describe the change in sufficient detail to allow the department to make the determination required by ARM 17.20.807 and must supply the information in the form acceptable to the department.
