Rule 12.7.1104 - PROJECT APPLICATION(1) Application for program funding must be submitted on forms supplied by the department.(2) Applicants proposing projects on lands other than their own must include written consent of the landowner and/or lessee for the project, including an agreement for any maintenance and evaluation activities that may be necessary.Mont.
