Rule 12.6.2310 - PERMIT DENIAL, REVOCATION, AND APPEAL(1) Permits are issued at the department's discretion.(2) A permit may be revoked if the permittee fails to comply with the terms of the permit. Revocation shall be communicated in writing between the department and the permittee.(3) A person who has been denied a permit, denied renewal of a permit, or whose permit has been revoked may appeal this decision to the commission in writing within 30 days of mailing or hand delivery of the notice of the permitting decision. Persons not appealing within 30 days have waived their right to appeal.(4) The commission shall issue a written decision on the appeal. The commission's decision is final.Mont. Admin. r. 12.6.2310
