Rule 12.6.1804 - VIOLATIONS(1) Any violation of the terms of an avicultural permit or a federal permit may at the discretion of the department render the avicultural permit void. Any materially false statement subscribed to in an application for an avicultural permit renders the permit void and is punishable as provided in 87-1-102, MCA.Mont. Admin. r. 12.6.1804
