Rule 12.6.1530 - NOTICE OF MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF LEASES(1) A licensee, which relies upon a lease or other agreement for its use or occupancy of any portion of the licensee's game farm or game farm facilities, shall notify the department and the Department of Livestock within ten days of the modification or termination of such lease or agreement.Mont.
