Rule 12.6.1301 - RECORDS AND DISPLAY OF PERMIT(1) A complete record and history of each game animal, game bird, and fur-bearing animal, as well as a monthly inventory, record of offspring birth details, disposition of animals, and other pertinent details as may be required, shall be kept in a permanent log book and made available upon request to any fish and game warden or duly commissioned officer.(2) All permits issued under the provision of section 87-4-803, MCA, shall be framed and publicly displayed at roadside menageries covered by said permit.
