Rule 12.6.1128 - SALE OF RAPTORS(1) A permittee: (a) may sell, purchase, or barter, or offer to sell, purchase, or barter captive-bred raptors marked with seamless bands or ISO compliant microchips to other permittees who are authorized to possess the raptors.(b) may not purchase, sell, trade, or barter wild raptors.
