Rule 12.6.1119 - PERMIT REQUIREMENTS(1) A Montana falconry permit, or for nonresidents, a valid falconry permit from another state meeting federal falconry standards, is required before any person may possess, transport, sell, purchase, barter, or offer to sell, purchase or barter raptors for falconry purposes or practice falconry in the state of Montana.Mont.
