Rule 12.3.617 - ANTELOPE LICENSES(1) The department shall issue antelope licenses as described in 87-2-706, MCA, and ARM 12.3.104 (landowner preference).(2) Fifteen percent of a district quota will be set aside for the landowner drawing.
