Rule 10.6.127 - APPELLATE PROCEDURE - TIME(1) Appellant shall appeal from the order of the county superintendent of schools to the state superintendent of public instruction within 30 days after the rendering of such order unless the time is shortened or extended by an order entered by the state superintendent upon good cause showing.
