PURPOSE: This rule establishes manufacturing practices which will permit correct mixing and labeling of medicated feeds.

(1) For the purpose of enforcement of section 266.180(4), RSMo, the director adopts the following as current good manufacturing practices:(A) The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for Type B and Type C medicated feeds as published in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 part 225 sections 225.1-225.202; and(B) The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for Type A medicated articles as published in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 part 226 sections 226.1-226.115.
