Section 17 CSR 20-4.065 - AuthorityPURPOSE: This rule establishes the powers granted to a private watchman.
(1) A private watchman is a uniformed person employed without police powers and authorized to perform the tasks of observation and reporting on/in licensed premises or a designated area, which may include patrolling public streets.
