Section 13 CSR 70-20.047 - Ninety-Day Supply Requirement for Select MedicationsPURPOSE: This rule establishes a ninety- (90-) day supply requirement per dispensing on select medications reimbursed by the MO HealthNet Division on behalf of participants eligible for any of the fee-for-service programs.

(1) MO HealthNet participating pharmacies shall dispense a ninety-(90-) day supply of select medications to a participant eligible for any of the fee-for-service programs. Drugs and/or categories of medications that are subject to this ninety- (90-) day supply requirement are identified in the 90-Day Supply Medication List, which is incorporated by reference and made part of this rule as published by the Department of Social Services, MO HealthNet Division, 615 Howerton Court, Jefferson City, MO 65109, at its website at https://dss.mo.gov/mhd/cs/pharmacy/pages/frequpdat.htm, October 22, 2020.
