Section 12 CSR 40-40.200 - Political Subdivisions Prohibited from Obtaining Licenses

PURPOSE: This rule prohibits political subdivisions from selling tickets.

(1) No political subdivision shall be licensed to sell lottery tickets.
(2) Nothing in this rule shall prohibit any person, holding a retail sales license to sell on public property, from being licensed to sell lottery tickets.
