Section 11 CSR 45-8.100 - Count Room-CharacteristicsPURPOSE: This amendment removes language duplicative of and conflicting with provisions in 11 CSR 45-9.102.
(1) Each casino shall have a room(s) specifically designated for counting the contents of drop devices which shall be known as the count room.(2) The count room shall be designed and constructed to provide maximum security for materials housed in and the activities conducted in that room.(3) An alarm device (audible, visual, or both) shall be connected to the entrance of the count room that causes a signaling to the monitors of the closed circuit television system and to the commission office on the boat whenever the door to the count room is opened.
