Grant funds will only be disbursed on a reimbursement basis. Applicants must submit a request for payment in a form prescribed by MDA, including documentation of incurred costs and proof or payment to be reimbursed. Projects not completed within twenty-four (24) months of the execution of a grant agreement must show evidence of progress as determined by MDA's Business Incentives Division to receive grant funds.
