Rule 6-5-3.3 - Scope of Declaratory Opinions

The MDA will issue declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:

A. a statute administered or enforceable by the MDA,

B. a rule promulgated by the MDA, or

C. an order issued by the MDA.
