Rule 6-5-1.3 - Effect of Action

Except to the extent prohibited by law, subgrantee's, and/or its agent, agents and/or anyone , or any entity who are debarred or suspended shall be excluded from primary transactions and lower tier transactions for the period of their debarment or suspension.
