Rule 6-5-1.19 - Settlement and Voluntary Exclusion

When it is in the best interest of the agency, MDA may, at any time, settle a debarment or suspension action. If a participant and MD A agree to a voluntary exclusion of the participant, such voluntary exclusion shall be entered on the Debarment List.
