Section 6-401-1.3-VII-2 - ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF DECISIONS

Unless otherwise provided by law, and if so authorized by the Board of Directors of the District, the Executive Vice-President may employ such additional administrative staff or discharge such administrative staff as may be necessary to conduct the affairs of the District.
