Section 6-401-1.3-VI-4 - DEPOSITORIES OF FUNDS FOR THE DISTRICT

The Board of Directors shall designate one or more banks or banking institutions within the District to serve as depositories for the funds of the District, pursuant to and according to the provisions of duly promulgated regulations which have been adopted by the Board.
