The Board of Directors shall annually elect from its number a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary and a Treasurer of the District, and such other officers as, in the judgment of the Board, are necessary. The Board may combine the offices of Secretary and Treasurer. The presiding officer of the Board may appoint one or more Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers, as deemed necessary.
