Section 6-401-1.3-II-2 - POWERS VESTED FN BOARD OF DIRECTORS

All powers conferred by Title 51, Chapter 11, Mississippi Code of 1972, as now amended, are vested in the Board of Directors of the Pearl River Basin Development District and shall be exercised by authority of said Board of Directors.
