Rule 6-4-9.11 - Eligible Applicants

All cities and counties, except the entitlement cities of Biloxi, Gulfport, Hattiesburg, Jackson, Moss Point, and Pascagoula are eligible applicants for funding under Mississippi's CDBG program.
