Rule 6-4-12.7 - PrioritiesA. Economic Development Improvements - Projects that lead to growth of the state and local economy through private capital investment and new and improved job creation. Community Development Improvements - Projects that improve public infrastructure to indirectly benefit business location and expansion in the Revitalization Zone. Examples: Revitalization Zone public infrastructure such as water, sewer, roads, sidewalks, lighting, building facades, etc.C.
