Rule 6-3-5.6 - Submittal and Selection ProcessA. All ESP submittals to the RFQ shall become the property of MDA and will not be returned. B. No specific work is associated with this RFQ; participation by ESPs in this program is voluntary. C. The actual extent of services required under any contract as a result of this solicitation is not known. D. No individual firm is assured of obtaining any work as a result of being pre-qualified. E. The roles, responsibilities and requirements of the ESP are outlined in the ESP Base Agreement. Miss. Code Ann. § 31-7-14 (Supp. 2017).
