Complete and submit the ESP's PERSONNEL INFORMATION AND TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS FORM for the primary project team members (no more than ten 10) individuals) who will likely be working on Mississippi public entities' projects. B. Complete and submit the ESP's CAPABILITY AND EXPERIENCE PROFILE FORM , which will be included in RFQ. C. Please describe your firm's experience with energy management software programs used to track and report energy savings performance. D. Submit an organizational chart with names, roles and responsibilities and reporting structure for a typical energy savings project that would be undertaken by the ESP.
