Rule 6-3-5.3 - Intent of Selection Process The primary intent of this selection process is:
A. To increase the number of successful energy savings projects state-wide B. To provide Mississippi's public entities the opportunity to procure services from qualified firms in a timely and cost-effective way C. To ensure minimum qualifications of ESPs to implement successful energy savings projects D. To offer all qualified firms the opportunity of equal access to energy savings projects Miss.
