Rule 6-2-4.2 - Definitions

For the purpose of this program, the "socially and economically disadvantaged" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term under the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C., Section 637 [a] and shall include woman. Businesses qualifying as minority or women owned must sign a notarized affidavit indicating ownership.
