Rule 6-2-2.10 - Executive Director ReviewA. After review solely on the record, the Executive Director may adopt the recommendation of the review officer or may issue a differing decision. The Executive Director will issue his decision within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the recommendation of the review officer. A decision adopting the recommendation of the review officer need not contain any additional reasoning.B. The decision of the Executive Director shall be sent by certified mail return receipt requested to the petitioner and to the Director of MBED. The decision of the Executive Director is final.Miss.
