Rule 6-2-1.1 - PROGRAM OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSES

The Program is designed to provide CARES Act funds to designated Mississippi Community Foundations and to the North Mississippi Education Consortium to award grants to Eligible Grantees as outlined in the Community Foundations Act to reimburse those entities for Eligible Expenditures incurred by them due to COVID-19. The Program shall comply with applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
