Rule 6-1-4.17 - Notification of Prepayment

The Lender shall notify MDA in writing of any prepayments of the Lender's loan. If the Lender's loan is to be paid in full, the MDA portion of the loan must be paid off first. MDA and the Lender must determine the application of partial payments.
