Rule 6-1-22.4 - Eligible ProjectsEligible companies may utilize the Industry Incentive Program for the following Projects:
(a) Facilities to provide portable and industrial water supply systems, sewage and waste disposal systems and water, natural gas, and electric transmission systems to the site of the Project;(b) Building facilities and equipment necessary to operate the facility;(d) Airports, airfields, air terminals and port facilities;(e) Highways, streets and other roadways;(f) Fire protection facilities, equipment, and elevated water tanks.Loan or grant proceeds may not be used for working capital, debt refinancing or rolling stock. Engineering, Architectural, Project Management and other soft costs shall not exceed 10% of the MDA grant or loan amount.
