Rule 6-1-14.14 - Reimbursement Agreement

The Financial Institution issuing the letter of credit will enter into a reimbursement agreement ("LOC Agreement") with the Borrower whereunder the Borrower will agree, among other things, to repay the Financial Institution for any amounts it has advanced and other costs associated with the letter of credit.
