Rule 40-4-2.5 - DEMARCATION BETWEEN SALT AND FRESH WATERS Public Notice 3306 is hereby amended.
A. The following rules and regulations relative to the line of demarcation between salt and fresh waters are adopted:B. Be it ordered that the southern boundary of Interstate 10 extending from the Alabama state line to the Louisiana state line is hereby declared to be the boundary line between salt and fresh waters for purposes of the game and fish laws of this state.C. Be it further ordered that on all waters south of 1-10 and north of U.S. Highway 90, either a salt or fresh water sportfishing license will be valid for the purpose of recreational fishing.Miss.
