Rule 38-4-3.2 - Submittal of Property to the Treasurer Except as otherwise provided in the Act, a person who is required to file a report under the provisions of the Act shall pay or deliver to the Treasurer all abandoned property together with the report.
A. Submittals of monetary property in hardcopy form must be made by certified check or money order made payable to the Mississippi Treasury Department.B. Submittals of monetary property in electronic form must be made by Electronic Funds Transfer ("EFT") or Automatic Clearing House ("ACH") in accordance with instructions available at the Division website.C. Submittals of shares of corporate stock and other intangible ownership interests in business associations shall be made by transfer of such property to the master custodian of the Division in accordance with instructions available at the Division website.Miss.
