Rule 38-3-6.1 - Eligibility of Contract Purchaser

The Purchaser must be of legal age and capacity to enter into a legal Contract. If the Qualified Beneficiary is a resident of Mississippi as defined in Rule 5.1 BB, the Purchaser need not be a resident. If the Qualified Beneficiary is not a Resident of Mississippi, the Purchaser must be a Resident of the State as defined in Rule 6.1 DD. Other determinations may be mandated as set forth in Chapter 18.
