Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines for purchasing commodities and equipment per standards as set forth from the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual Section 2.103.04 and Section 2.103.05 as amended and the most current version of Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
