The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) provides the Adopt-A-Highway Program to citizens, groups, organizations, and businesses to remove litter from the State's rights-of-ways. This rule explains the process of how to obtain an agreement with the Mississippi Transportation Commission in order to participate in the program.
