On June 18, 1996, the MDOT adopted a Highway Noise Policy. Also adopted within this policy is a Noise Barrier Evaluation form, which is the standard utilized by the Department. This form may be obtained by contacting the State Planning Engineer at Post Office Box 1850, Jackson, MS 39215.
