Section 37-1-7501-09002-501 - Exceptions

A permit is not required for the erection of outdoor advertising within the control area when such outdoor advertising is within the provisions of Sections 800.2, 800.3, 800.6, 800.7, 801.2, 801.3, or 801.4.
