Section 37-1-7501-05001-202

After the detailed plans and specifications have been completed to the satisfaction of the County and the Commission, the County is to:

(1) acquire the rights of way in accordance with the widths shown on the plans, together with all necessary drainage easements;

(2) remove all encroachments such as fences, buildings, signs, etc., from the rights of way, and;

(3) adjust any communication lines, power lines and underground utilities that would interfere with the construction or maintenance of the road.
