Section 37-1-6601-03001-200 - Daylight Hours

For loads 12 feet in width or less is defined as sunrise to sunset reported by National Weather Service For loads greater than 12 feet in width "Daylight Hours" will be defined as 30 minutes after sunrise to 30 minutes before sunset reported by the National Weather Service.
