These rules provide information pertaining to the issuance of over-dimensional permits by the Permit & Motor Carrier Division of the Mississippi Department of Transportation ("MDOT"), as adopted by the Mississippi Transportation Commission (the "Commission"). Over-dimensional vehicles and/or loads must have a valid permit in order to operate on Mississippi's roads, highways, and when allowed, interstates.
