Section 37-1-6301-01001-211 - Special Interstate Agriculture Vehicle Permit1. An owner/operator of a motor vehicle may apply to MDOT to purchase a Special Interstate Agriculture Vehicle Permit, which is an annual blanket permit that allows certain agriculture vehicles to haul specified items on the Interstate Highway System. See 23 USC § 127; Miss. Code Ann. §§ 63-5-27, 63-5-29, 63-5-33, 27-19-81.2. In order to obtain a Special Interstate Agriculture Vehicle Permit, the owner/operator must first hold a valid Harvest Permit. The two permits will run concurrently.3.
